Butter Chicken - A New Delhi classic - my old stomping grounds at Pandara market - chicken thighs, marinated in a spiced cream, cooked in tomato/cream/butter with fenugreek leaves, coriander, & garam masala , making it a convenient option for casual dining. Calabrese - SM tomatoes + mozzarella di bufala + pepperoni pepperoncino calabrese + oregano , making it a flexible selection for different appetites. Together, these items reflect a menu designed for flexibility and everyday dining.
